Rocking Birthday Banner

So as most of you already know, I was not able to make the My 39th Glamours Blog Hop, sue to a Family emergency, but I still wanted to share my project with everyone here.  I hope you like it.  I will be entering this project in for the challenge that is going on in this hop.
