So for my projects I decided to make a card and then something special for Ms. Jenn. I hope you enjoy both projects.
So for my card I used the follow material:
pattern paper from K&Company
white Doilie
Seam Binding Ribbon
Stamp sets used: The girl's Paperie set and The KinderStampO set Vintage Birthday
Inks used: Versafine Vintage Sepia and Tim Holtz Distress Ink Vintage Photo
Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist: Sea Glass
For the Inside of the Card:
EK punch badge
For the Hanging Cone I used the following material:
1 sheet of 12x12 pattern paper from K&Company
some crepe paper trim
Prima flower trim
some vintage buttons
small brad
1 vintage whimsy glitter charm from the girl's paperie line
some seam binding ribbon
two vintage flowers and two handmade flowers
So there you have it. I hope you enjoyed them both. Don't forget to go back to Jenn's blog and wish her a Happy Birthday.
Now for my Blog Candy, it would not be a Birthday without some gifts. I am doing a monthly Giveaway for the whole month of April! There will be Three winners selected at the end of the month. Martha,
ReplyDeleteI like the card, but I really love the Vintage Cone! that timepiece hanging from it brought tears to my eyes, can't really explain why. The whole piece just looks like it came from a bygone era and then the timepiece reminds me that time is passing...sigh...just lovely. I would love to have a tutorial on how to make that. Chriss

The card and hanging cone are both beautiful. I've been making paper hydrangeas and think they would be gorgeous in a paper cone. I'll have to give it a try.
ReplyDeleteLove the Vintage Look. Very Pretty!
