Altered Composition Book Blog Hop

Good Morning!!  So happy you could join us for this Amazing Talent filled Blog Hop.  First off, i would like to thank Joy, from Joyslife.com for inviting me to be  a part of this Great Group!  I was so honored she even thought of me.  I was even more excited when I found out what the hop was all about!!  I had been wanting to create a journal book just about me.  I wanted to document everything that has been going on this last year, since I challenged myself to lose weight and transform myself.  So this was perfect.
